The world-famous Rampur Raza Library has a treasure trove of prized books. There is a Quran written on the skin of a deer with the hand of Hazrat Ali, and a Ramayana written in Sumer Chand's Persian water. The building of the library built in the Nawabi era is also luxurious. There is a glimpse of brotherhood in its towers. Above the temple, below it is the shape of a gurudwara, church, and mosque.

Books related to all religions are available

Raza Library has books related to all religions. Sumer Chand's first pages of Ramayana written in Persian are written with gold water. It also has miniature paintings of the Mughal period. There are 17 thousand manuscripts and 60 thousand books here. State Governor Anandiben Patel is the chairperson of this library board. She came to the library two months ago. The library was then surprised to see. She said, never seen such a temple of knowledge before. It is the ocean of knowledge and this knowledge needs to be spread all over the world.

District Magistrate Anjaney Kumar Singh also has charge of the director of Raza Library. He says that efforts are being made to introduce people from the library's book treasures to people all over the world. For this, the work of digitization of manuscripts and books is going on. On the occasion of Book Day, the information will be given to the people through social media about the book treasure of the library.

Such books are safe

There is also a conservation laboratory for the preservation of book treasures in the library. Syed Tariq Azhar, the senior technical restorer of the laboratory, explains that there is also a special way of keeping manuscripts safe. Preservation of books is done using chemicals by scientific methods. The Quran written on the skin is kept in an acid-free box to protect it from mildew and insects. It is checked periodically if any deficiency is noticed, first aid is done immediately. Special care is also taken of temperature. For this, the temperature should be 20 to 25 degrees. The plush building of the library is suitable for this. Nawab Kalbe Ali Khan brought this Quran from Saudi Arabia about one and a half years ago.

Some special things about the library

The library is named after Raza Ali Khan, the last Nawab of Rampur princely state. Before independence, it was the library of the Nawab family, but now under the central government. The luxurious building of the library is also giving a message of brotherhood. Its Durbar Hall-mounted chandelier bulbs did not fuse for 100 years. People are stunned by the Quran written on deerskin 14 hundred years ago. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also taken three books from the library abroad. Central Industrial Security Force personnel are engaged in protecting the library.
