Sudarsan Pattnaik is auctioning his artworks to battle Covid-19

Sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik is auctioning five of his best sand arts on canvas. He told us that he will donate the proceeds to the Chief Minister Relief Fund and PMCares fund. “I created the sand art on canvas for a series of exhibitions. But in light of the current situation, I felt like contributing to the cause and decided to auction my five best sand art canvases,” he added.

He has also been trying to raise awareness about Covid-19 through his sand art and animation. He had also lent his support to the Mask India campaign initiated by the Times of India by making sand installations and animations. “This is my way of contributing towards a humanitarian cause. I use my art to reach out people and spread awareness, which very much needed at this time,” he signed off.
