Masterchef Australia fans were stunned to find out that contestant Poh Ling Yeow is 47 years old this week, with many wondering just how she has remained so ageless since she first appeared on the show in 2009.
But while you might think that Poh uses a host of fancy lotions and potions, instead the 47-year-old said she simply loves using natural products and you don't need to spend hundreds of dollars to have a glowing complexion.
'I have no belief or interest in magic tonics or expensive brands. In my experience natural products are the way to go,' Poh told Natural Instinct of her skin regime.

The cook and food author's number one product is a sensitive skin sunscreen, which she uses 'every day' without fail.
'There is no particular brand [I use] – I just make sure it's a sensitive skin product or a "for children" formula,' Poh told Natural Instinct.
When it comes to the rest of her skincare regime, Poh said she loves to apply a natural moisturising lotion on her 'entire body and face' after a shower.
She also cleanses in the morning and at night, using a facial cleansing brush her mother gave her when she was a teenager and she has had for 27 years.

While Poh is adamant that she would never wear foundation because she 'hates the way it looks and feels on my skin', she also said she would never leave the house without makeup - even to pop to the shops.
Instead of foundation, the 47-year-old told WHO magazine she'd rather 'conceal every blemish' with concealer.
'My look is pretty fresh and natural but it takes about 30 minutes,' Poh said.
'I like to do it well, then I rarely touch it again except to top up on gloss and maybe some powder to reduce shine.
The Masterchef contestant isn't without a few unusual beauty quirks however, including talcum powder which she said she has used as a translucent powder since she was a teenager and extra Virgin olive oil as a makeup remover.
'I've used talc powder since I was a teenager as everything else feels too heavy and has too much pigment in it,' Poh told WHO.
The star also said she always does her own makeup for TV appearances.

While Poh's (pictured) outer beauty regime is simple, she said she thinks it's as much about what you put on the inside as it is how you look after the out - she drinks plenty of green tea

The cook said on a typical day, she will drink a large pot of green tea, avoid alcohol and make sure she gets plenty of fruit and vegetables into her daily diet.
Typically, Poh said she'll steer clear from red meat as much as possible.
Instead, when she's at home, she'll focus on 'eating the rainbow' and flooding her diet with as many colourful foods as possible.
Poh recently shared a recipe for her rice, lentil, lemon and tomato soup recipe on Instagram, which she said she has been eating often in isolation.
'This is a perfect recipe for adding leftovers or any slightly sad bits and pieces you might have in the veg drawer,' she wrote.
'It's a super easy meal for isolation for any of you who are stuck in struggle town in the kitchen right now.'

Several viewers pointed out on Twitter that Poh (pictured at home) seemingly hasn't aged since her first appearance on MasterChef in 2009
Fans were stunned to find out Poh's real age on Wednesday, with many refusing to believe she's three years shy of 50.
'Poh is 47 years old? I... Who looks like that at 47?' one fan tweeted.
