Internationally renowned fitness community F45 has launched a range of exercise packs filled with versatile training equipment.
Since gyms have closed around Australia and more clubs are operating via online workout sessions, F45 decided to create their own selection of Live Inclusive Interval Training (LIIT) Kits for customers to purchase.
The LIIT kits are designed to enhance at-home training by allowing people to continue working out and maintain their fitness.
All items included in each pack mimics the tools that are used by personal trainers at F45 clubs.

Prices start at $96 with all LIIT orders expected to arrive on Australian shores in late May.
For the time being, two assorted LIIT kits are currently available to pre-order with another two carry case bags soon to be available.
The $96 LIIT Kit Equipment pack consists of five agility cones, two sliders, one agility ladder, one skipping rope, three activation bands and three power bands of varying levels of resistance.
An array of both cardio and muscle exercises can be carried out using the all equipment.

F45 has also designed durable carry cases in order for customers to transport their equipment pieces with ease or simply keep everything together in one place (pictured)

For $215, customers can also pre-order the LIIT Kit Pro pack which includes additional equipment pieces such as two four kilogram dumbbells, two eight kilogram kettle bells, a weighted ball and a revo bar.
