Ludhiana: Youth Akali Dal provides gloves, masks to safai karamcharis

LUDHIANA: The Youth Akali Dal district president Gurdeep Singh Gosha distributed gloves and masks to Safai Karamcharis doing their duty in hard times due to coronavirus. He also felicitated Safai Karamcharis and asked people to provide them tea and food during the duty.
Gurdeep Singh Gosha said that when doctors and police are doing their duty, the Safai Karamcharis were also doing their duty on frontline and lifting garbage from by door to door in the time of coronavirus threat. For the safety of Safai karamcharis, he distributed gloves and mask and also honoured them to acknowledge their services.
Gurdeep Singh Gosha also appealed the residents to felicitate the Safai Karamchairs and offered tea or food when they come to lift garbage. He said that that Youth Akali Dal has started Langar Sewa from March 22 and will continue it till the lockdown.
