MC field staff given sanitisers

Ludhiana: The civic officials have distributed sanitisers among the field staff and asked them to use these sanitizers while working in field as it will save them from getting infected.
Mayor Balkar Sandhu distributed the sanitisers among the field staffers and also asked the officials to ensure that the staff should keep on getting the sanitisers in the future as well.
The mayor said the field staff was getting exposed outside for providing various services to the city residents, so they should be given required things for their safety. He said they would be provide more hand sanitisers to the field staff, especially the sweepers, garbage collectors and sewermen.
The chief sanitary inspector, Ashwani Sahota, shared that almost 7,000 employees were doing field jobs in various wings and they had provided sanitisers to the employees.
