PUNE: HQ Recruiting Zone,
Southern Command of the Indian Army, has postponed a Combined Entrance Examination that was scheduled on April 26 due to Covid-19 spread.
The examination was to be conducted for the candidates who were shortlisted in the recruitment drive that took place between February 3 and 14 this year, the army said.
"No admit cards for the examination are issued to any candidate and the same will be issued once new orders on the subject are received from the Army HQ," stated the statement issued by the Southern Command.
The statement further read that candidates were required to monitor their respective email ID registered with Join Indian Army Website during the time of initial registration.
It also cautioned the candidates against falling in the trap of any confusion, rumours or touts.
