A Gold Coast bodybuilder with a huge social media following will no longer have to report to police after a court ruled the fitness athlete may be susceptible to coronavirus.
Garry James Turner is currently on bail accused of trafficking dangerous drugs and appeared in Southport Magistrates Court on Wednesday for breaching his bail conditions.
Turner, who has over 46,000 followers on Instagram, pleaded guilty for failing to report to police on February 24.

Defence lawyer Campbell MacCallum said he simply 'forgot' to show up, the Gold Coast Bulletin reported.
But despite the infraction, the muscle-bound Instagram star who has been on bail since October 2019, had the conditions of his bail eased.
'My client is a professional fitness athlete and at this time he is susceptible for virus and flu,' Mr MacCallum said.
'His doctor has advised he should not really leave the house.'
Mr MacCallum asked the court to remove Turner's bail conditions which require him to report to police.
Magistrate Pamela Dowse convicted Turner for the breach of bail in February but did not want to impose further punishment.
He granted Turner the change in bail conditions as Queensland's total number of confirmed coronavirus cases reached 1001 on Thursday with five deaths.
