Two drone cameras to keep vigil on violators in Ambala

AMBALA: After Ambala residents continued to violate the lockdown norms, the Ambala police on Tuesday evening deputed two drone cameras for keeping an eye on the violators in Ambala City and Ambala Cantonment along with Sadar areas. This was stated by district superintendent of police (SP) Abhishek Jorwal.
Jorwal said on the orders of Ambala deputy commissioner (DC) Ashok Kumar Sharma, the district administration hired two drone cameras and deputed one each in the city and cantonment.
The DC said, "As the lockdown has been extended till May 3, following the directions of the Prime Minister, the surveillance has been increased to successfully implement the lockdown."
