New Delhi, Apr 14 (ANI): After Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced extension of lockdown in wake of coronavirus outbreak, Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal appealed to migrant workers to stay in the state. His appeal came after migrant workers, in thousands, gathered at Bandra Railway Station demanding to get permission to leave for their respective hometowns. CM Kejriwal said, “I request all of you to maintain discipline till May 3rd. You maintained discipline and stayed at your homes during the last 21 days and the same has to be observed till May 3rd. Some of you have come to Delhi from outside and some of you must be restless to go to your homes but I appeal all of you to stay here till May 3. We are here for you. I am here for you. We have arranged for proper food facility and medicine facility for all of you. People may try to spread rumours during this time. Don't get lured by them. No one can take you to your village now. Someone might tell you DTC buses are standing somewhere. No DTC bus is taking you anywhere. Please don’t get lure otherwise the outcomes will be bad. Please stay at your homes. We need to unite to make this lockdown successful.”
