The Bombay high court issued a notice to DHFL promoter Kapil Wadhawan who is an accused in a money laundering case. The Enforcement Directorate on Wednesday moved to Bombay High Court seeking cancellation of bail of Kapil Wadhawan for allegedly violating bail conditions and travelling during the lockdown imposed due to coronavirus. Lawyer Purnima Kantharia cited the application before high court Justice PD Naik. The ED had arrested Wadhawan in the month of January for his dubious dealing with Iqbal Mirchi.
