Additional Chief Secretary Rohit Kumar Singh said on Tuesday that out of 108 cases reported, 83 were found in Jaipur. The capital Jaipur Rajasthan is the most affected district, where 453 people have been infected with Corona so far.
He said that 13 cases were reported in Jodhpur, eight in Kota, two in Jhalawar and one each in Jaisalmer and Jhunjhunu. Of the total cases of coronavirus infection in Rajasthan, including two Italian citizens, there are 54 people who have been brought from Iran and lodged in army health centers in Jodhpur and Jaisalmer.
There is a lockdown since March 22 across the state and curfew has been imposed in at least 40 police station areas.
