2. To strengthen immunity, take one spoon (10 grams) of Chyawanprash in the morning, take sugar-free Chyawanprash for diabetes patients. Drink herbal tea or decoction made of basil, cinnamon, black pepper, dry ginger and dry grapes once or twice a day.

3. To minimize the effect of corona on the body, apply sesame or coconut oil or ghee to both the nostrils in the morning and evening.

4. To prevent cough or sore throat, at least once a day, pour mint leaves or celery and steam the water. If you have a cough or sore throat, mix jaggery or honey in clove powder and take it two to three times a day. If these symptoms persist, consult a doctor.
