Champion gymnast Simone Biles has taken the celebrity handstand challenge to new heights after she removed her sweatpants with her feet while balancing on her hands.
The US four-time Olympic gold medallist ramped up the challenge - which has so far seen stars putting on T-shirts while supported against a wall - by balancing in the middle of the room.

Last week Biles, pictured with her gold medal in Rio, Brazil, on August 16, 2016, refused to rule out retiring from the Olympics after the Tokyo games were postponed until 2021
The challenge was initially created by Hollywood actor Tom Holland, 23, who put on a shirt while completing a handstand against a wall.
His Spider-Man: Far From Home co-star Jake Gyllenhaal also posted an attempt to social media after accepting Holland’s challenge.
Now though, Biles has taken the challenge to a new level - and posted her version on Instagram.
