IGNOU assignments can be written in plain paper, check details here

NEW DELHI: The students of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) can write their assignments in any plain paper. However, the university has instructed students to follow other instructions while doing assignments.
“Any plain paper will do. Make sure you follow the other instructions available on our website” IGNOU responded to a student who raised the concern about the unavailability of assignment papers.
Students can submit their IGNOU assignment without going to the centres due to the coronavirus pandemic and lockdown across the country. IGNOU has also extended the last date to submit assignments till April 30, 2020.
Meanwhile, IGNOU has extended the last date to submit examination forms for June 2020 TEE up to April 30 without a late fee. The information in this regard reads "Online submission of examination Form for June 2020 TEE Date Extended upto 30th APRIL 2020 without Late Fee"
