MYSURU: One more person tested positive for Covid-19 in
Mysuru district of Karnataka on Sunday taking the total number of positive cases to 48. The patient is the primary contact of Nanjanud pharma facility. Meanwhile, 7 patients discharged today.
48th patient of the Mysuru is a 3-year-old man. He is the contact of the patient number 88 of the state who is an employee with a pharma facility in Nanjanagud.
Meanwhile, on Sunday 7 patients were discharged from the Covid 19 hospital of the city. On Saturday one patient was discharged after he recovered totally.
Deputy commissioner Abhiram G Sankar informed that among these 7 discharged patients, six are jubilant, Nanjanagud related patients and 1 is a foreign returnee.
"The total active cases have reduced from 46 to 38 now in Mysuru," he informed.
