12 more coronavirus cases in West Bengal: CM Mamata Banerjee

KOLKATA: Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee said that 12 more coronavirus positive cases were traced in Bengal. Earlier there were 71 possible cases.
However the CM said that three patients were released so the number of positive cases in the state is 80. So far there have been 5 deaths.
The CM said that even the superintendent of Howrah hospital was affected and had been placed in ID hospital.
She said that the state government is going to exempt taxis from the lockdown and they can ferry two passengers at a time.
The CM said that arrangements were made to procure PPE, hand sanitizer, gloves and masks. Even she said that they were trying to procure hydroxychloroquine.
