30% of salary of Goa MLAs will be deducted for COVID state fund: CM Pramod Sawant
Chief Minister of Goa, Pramod Sawant said that Goa cabinet ministry has decided to deduct 30% of the salary of state MLAs. He said, “In the cabinet meeting, talks were done regarding the regularisation of some issues related to Public Works Department (PWD). There will be a transfer of one land for the home department for the police stations. 30% of the salary deductions would take place for one year from the salary of BJP MLAs and independent MLA of Goa and 30% of the salary would go in COVID state fund.”
