A month into the coronavirus pandemic, the CDC now recommends people cover their nose and mouth with a cloth face mask, when they leave their homes for exercise, to pick up takeout or a trip to the grocery store.

Like toilet paper and disinfecting wipes, masks are tough to find on store shelves or online, but luckily folks can fashion their own out of bandanas, scarves or even a T-shirt.  There are how-to guides for crafty types to sew their own masks and churn out extras for family, friends and healthcare workers on the front lines helping COVID-19 patients.

Show us how you cover up when heading out by snapping selfies or shots of your masked family members.  Email face mask photos to readerpix@wickedlocal.com. Please include caption information including names and the town you are from.
