Navi Mumbai: NMMC reports 5 out of 28 coronavirus cases negative

NAVI MUMBAI: A 72-year-old resident of Nerul (sector 38) Wednesday has tested negative . He had a travel history from Chennai and was admitted at Kasturba hospital. NMMC said the hospital authorities have asked him to be quarantined at his
Out of the 28 positive cases , five have now tested negative. The 28 cases include the mother who delivered a child. She's under isolation at the NMMC hospital and the child who's tested negative under NMMC care at the hospital.
NMMC said tests have been conducted on 10 high-risk contacts of the woman, who delivered a healthy child . The results were awaited; three staff members of a local private hospital where she had got some tests done earlier have been quarantined at the hospital.
