Married At First Sight bride Aleks Markovic has lost 9kg since appearing on Nine's controversial experiment.
And on Wednesday, Aleks told fans how she was maintaining her current weight loss during an Instagram Q&A session.
The 27-year-old explained it all came down to a recent lifestyle decision and revealed she had changed her diet 'dramatically'.

'I actually eat vegan now, with a bit of fish on the side. So you could call it pescatarian, or whatever,' she said.
'Yeah, I've changed my diet dramatically, and I don't really like working out so I never workout. That's it.'

Instead of hitting the gym, she has taken to filming videos on TikTok, a social networking app.
'I've discovered TikTok dancing,' Aleks told Daily Mail Australia last week, when asked about her fitness regime.
But her waistline isn't the only thing that's changed since her time on the show, as she has also ditched her dark locks for lighter blonde tresses.

Shortly after the finale episode aired on Sunday, Aleks asked Instagram fans for 'privacy' in dealing with her breakup from TV 'husband' Ivan Sarakula.
'Please respect my privacy on the matter as just like anyone out in the "real" world, some relationships just don't work out,' she said.
During Sunday's episode, Aleks and Ivan, 30, explained how they reunited privately after quitting the show halfway through, but their co-stars failed to believe them.
After filming the finale on January 16, they then split weeks later in early February.
