Lucknow: With the nation under the grip of a 21-day coronavirus lockdown, daily life has come to a standstill across the country.
ThePrint team travelled across the city of Lucknow to see how daily wage labourers are surviving on the ground.
With no work, some rickshaw pullers could be seen cooking food for themselves, while others played ludo to pass the time. There were also instances of migrants from other countries like Nepal, bonding with Indian labourers after being stranded together.
The Police personnel too, took a hard-earned break from their hectic schedule of enforcing the lockdown and stopped to feed the stray dogs.
ThePrint’s Photo Editor Praveen Jain brings you snapshots from Lucknow.
