KDDL slumps on closure of two Ethos stores

KDDL dropped 13.80% to Rs 190.85 after the company said its subsidiary, Ethos, has closed operations of two stores in Mumbai.

Ethos has closed the operations of its stores in Infinity Mall (Mumbai) and Seawoods (Navi Mumbai). The total number of stores as on date is 53 only. The announcement was made on Sunday, 15 March 2020.

KDDL's consolidated net profit fell 67.1% to Rs 3.18 crore on a 18.7% rise in net sales to Rs 203.73 crore in Q3 December 2019 over Q3 December 2018.

KDDL is an engineering company engaged in the manufacture of watch components, precision stamped components and progressive tools for various applications. Its segments include precision and watch components, watch and accessories and others.
