Rakesh Dutta, a 27-year-old resident of Ghigomali, Siliguri took out a campaign for commoners as the onus to create awareness on coronavirus pandemic. He said that the prices of the facial masks and sanitizers have locked down the common people in their houses. ‘It is very important to reach out to people and share proper information regarding COVID-19,’ Dutta said. Dutta, who is known as "bike ambulance dada" in Siliguri got his inspiration from Padma Shri Karimul Haque for launching this campaign.
