Thane: Dombivli industrial units call off indefinite strike

KALYAN: An indefinite strike called by Dombivli MIDC industrial units was called off after police appealed for the same due to the coronavirus threat.
Around 1 lakh employees and 471 owners had been protesting against the administration and threatened a shutdown of units, for the last two days. Kalyan-Ambernath Manufacturers Association (KAMA) claimed certain state agencies were harassing firms by threatening strict action and issuing closure notices without following due procedure.
