Prime Minister Narendra Modi on March 15 attended a video conference of all South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) member countries over Coronavirus. He started his speech by thanking Nepal PM KP Sharma Oli for joining the video conference after his recent surgery. “I wish him speedy recovery,” said Modi.
