CHENNAI: The Madras High Court on Friday directed the government to submit its plans to ensure equal distribution of water across the State. The court was referring to outbreak of coronavirus and the need to ensure sanitation in such circumstances. It also observed said that 690 applications for establishing drinking water units are awaiting approval.
