It's Friday the 13th, but it is the best day as the world celebrates their love for sleep. World Sleep Day is celebrated on the second Friday of March each year.
The day is organized by the World Sleep Day Committee of World Sleep Society.
While sleeping is a must, cricketers, who are usually travelling to different parts of the world. While some make sure to get the required rest, some are seen making the field their bed.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) took to Twitter to celebrate this day. They wrote, "Happy #WorldSleepDay" and added the sleeping symbol. In the post, David Warner, Thailand Women's team captain Sornnarin Tippoch and some fans are seen sleeping.

As far as cricket is concerned, most of the matches are either being played in closed doors or are getting postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak. The COVID-19 has even impacted the Indian Premier League (IPL).
As a precautionary measure against the ongoing Novel Corona Virus (COVID-19) situation, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has decided to suspend IPL 2020 till 15th April 2020.
