Jyotiraditya has now joined BJP and a case closed in 2018 has reopened as soon as he joined BJP. The Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of Madhya Pradesh Police has decided to re-verify the case against him. In this complaint, Jyotiraditya Scindia was accused of manipulating the documents of a property and sold a part of the 6,000-foot land to the complainant.
Now Jyotiraditya has been ordered to re-verify the facts of Surendra Shrivastava's complaint. This complaint was first made in 2014 but after investigation, it was closed in 2018 and now the complainant has applied for the complaint again on 12 March 2020.
