Jyotiraditya Scindia, a former union minister and four-day MP, is not the only leader who has joined the BJP. Rather, many leaders in Congress are confused about their prospects. There are about half a dozen Congress leaders who are caught in a similar dilemma.

There are many young leaders in the party who feel that they are not being allowed to grow politically. So here is the list of congress leaders who may join BJP or other parties after constantly sidelined by the party.

Sachin pilot

We can not deny the fact that 42-year-old Sachin pilot is very close to Rahul gandhi. In the run-up to the Rajasthan assembly elections, though the Congress did not announce a CM face, it was assumed that Pilot will be the front-runner for the post.

As chairman of the Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee for five years, Pilot worked to revive the party in the state.

But when the Congress defeated the BJP then the party chose veteran leader Ashok Gehlot over Pilot, and sachin had to compromise for the post of deputy CM.

Milind Deora

He is disillusioned with the way the party has treated former South Mumbai MP Milind Deora. Although he was made the chairman of the Mumbai Regional Congress Committee before the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, he left the post in July after the disastrous performance of the Congress in the Lok Sabha elections.

Devra has since been sidelined in the party. He also supported modi's decision on Article 370. Deora had defended the Narendra Modi government's decision in a series of tweets.

Deepender Hooda

Two term MP Deepender Hooda, who is the son of former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda, has also been sidelined in the party. He is a young leader and public support and love him.

He is reconsidered for the Rajya Sabha nomination but the party high command has not yet taken a final decision. Not only that congress party did not give him any organizational responsibility. He also supported the modi government decision over Section 370.

Sandeep Dixit

Sandeep Dixit, son of late Congress leader and former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dixit, is another Congress leader who has not received any organizational role.

Dixit, 55, has not been given her rights for a long time. In recently held assembly elections in Delhi he has not given any responsibility. Even he was not involved in strategy making.
