CHENNAI: The second confirmatory test result of a 45-year-old man from Kancheepuram, the first COVID-19 patient in TN, also returned negative on Wednesday. Dr K Koladaswamy, Director of Public Health, confirmed he is stable and does not require quarantine. He has been advised rest after discharge.
