Karnataka SSLC exam to held as per schedule, confirms board

NEW DELHI: The Karnataka SSLC exam will be conducted according to the time table released by the board, the Director of Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) confirmed.
As fake messages are being shared widely on social media about the postponement of Karnataka SSLC exam 2020, V Sumangala, Director of KSEEB said “SSLC exams will be held according to the time table. There have been fake messages doing rounds in social media and other platforms. Students and teachers should not be panicked.”
In the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak, fake messages regarding exam postponement have been circulating on various social media platforms which created confusion for students and parents. Board since has been receiving several calls enquiring about the postponement of the exam.
As per the schedule released by the board, the Karnataka SSLC exam will commence on March 27 with First Language paper and conclude on April 9 with Social Science paper.
