PATNA: Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) chief Chirag Paswan on Sunday said the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) was united in the state and CM Nitish Kumar was like a “guardian” to him.
“My recent statements were misinterpreted. There is no misunderstanding between me and the CM,” Chirag, who had earlier questioned the state government over rise in crime in the state, said.
“There is no denying the fact that development has taken place in the state under the stewardship of the CM, but there is still a lot of scope for development,” he added.
Chirag, who had started his ‘Bihar First, Bihari First Yatra’ last month, has planned to cover all the districts in a phased manner before holding the state-level rally of the party in Patna on April 14 to mark the birth anniversary of Dr B R Ambedkar.
