Three vehicle thieves held

Rajkot: Three vehicle thieves were arrested and as many as 11 stolen two-wheelers recovered near Dhoraji bus stand in Dhoraji of Rajkot district on Sunday.
Police said accused Jitendra Dave (23), Sunil Solanki (22) and Akram Pathan (19) had stolen the vehicles from Dhoraji, Jetpur, Upleta and Rajkot. “We arrested the trio on basis of a tip-off that they were riding a stolen bike. During interrogation, the trio confessed of having committed 11 thefts. We recovered 11 two-wheelers from their possession,” said V H Joshi, inspector with Dhoraji police station.
