Yesterday was International Women's Day. Ashok Gehlot Government of Rajasthan has given special gifts to women and girls of the state on Women's Day. The Rajasthan government has given a gift to women and girls on this day to travel free in roadways buses.
Rajasthan Roadways has provided free travel facility for women and girls in roadways buses on this day as per the instructions of Ashok Gehlot government.
Naveen Jain, managing director of Roseways, said that on March 8, women and girls will be able to travel free of cost in ordinary and fast-moving buses running along the Rajasthan state border for 24 hours.
However, this facility was not available to women and girls in air-conditioned buses. Advance reservations can also be made by them for free travel in Rojave buses. Special arrangements will be made by Rajasthan Roadways for this.
