The Pavilions Hotels and Resorts Group is set to open a third Rome property in June 2020.
The boutique hotel, called The First Roma Aqua, will have 24 rooms and suites.
It will located on the riverside in Prati, a 12 minute walk from the Vatican.
The hotel, inhabiting a renovated 1960s building, will include an upscale top-floor restaurant and a rooftop bar.
It will join Pavilions’ small, design-oriented properties The First Roma Arte and The First Roma Dolce.
Rome is set to get its first hotel from UK group The Hoxton this autumn.
