Here’s how to make cucumber raita
Ingredients
2 – Cucumbers (Peeled, seeded, and chopped)
1 – Onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp – Salt
2 cups – Yogurt
1/2 tsp – Ground cumin
1 tsp – Black pepper
Method
*Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let it stand for half hour.
*Add yogurt, cumin, and pepper. Mix well.
*Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
