BENGALURU:
Sharada Nandakumar, a vice president who was heading internal transformation at
Wipro, has resigned, sources told ET.
Nandakumar, a Wipro long-timer who led the telecom vertical in her previous roles for the Bengaluru-headquartred tech services major, was reporting to president and chief operating officer Bhanumurthy B M.
She was spearheading the large enterprise-wide digital transformation programme at Wipro. The programme encompasses transformation of processes, technology and operations across various functional tracks of Sales,
Finance, Delivery, HR and Talent Supply Chain.
This is one of the largest transformation initiatives for the tech services major in recent times.
She was responsible for successful execution, implementation and rollout of enterprise-wide CRM and
SAP (S4/ HANA) implementation, vendor management, partner management, change and benefit management.
Wipro has confirmed her resignation.
“Senior Vice President umudha Sridharan, co-head of
Global Delivery Enablement, is also driving internal transformation projects effective January this year. She reports Bhanumurthy, Separately, Nandakumar (has) moved out of the organisation in January and we wish her all success,” said a company spokesperson.
