Coronavirus: Noida societies ask helps to take leave for few days

Teachers leaving the Shriram school campus where 5 children are suspected to have been exposed to coronavirus
NOIDA: Residents of several highrise societies, especially those with several students of Sriram Millenium School, shared messages about sanitation and hygiene on Tuesday, after two schools announced closure.
Several people asked their domestic helps - a lot of whom stay in Chhapraula village that is located near Sriram Millenium School - not to come to work for a couple of days. The district administration on Tuesday received several sanitisation requests from housing societies and schools. Officials said they would not act on them till there is a suspected case or information that someone could have come in contact with a possible patient. "We are trying to inform the residents about where the affected families are. We have also circulated messages through all RWAs about general precautions," said Rajesh Sahay, secretary general, Noida Federation of Apartment Owners' Association.
