Vadodara: The detection of crime branch (DCB) on Tuesday arrested two men and detained three minors for attacking a man and his friends in Pratapnagar area.
The accused attacked Taseen Dhobi with a knife after they entered into heated arguments over making of a TikTok video in Hazirabaug.
Sameer Sheikh, a resident of Yakutpura, told the police that he had gone to Hazirabaug with his friend Taseen and Abrar Sheikh on Monday afternoon to make a TikTok video. While the video was being made, Taseen threw a fruit in the air which accidentally hit one of the accused, Krishna Thakore. Even though Taseen apologized to Krishna, but the latter began to abuse him.
Sheikh told the cops that Krishna attacked Taseen with a knife injuring him on the stomach and back. When Sheikh and Abrar tried to intervene, they too were thrashed by Krishna’s friends who were present at the site. Police arrested Krishna, Chirag Rajput and also detained three minors from Gajrawadi area on Tuesday. tnn
