Some voters waited in hours-long lines on Super Tuesday. Why?

A number of voters in Los Angeles and Houston waited for as long as six hours to cast their ballots. Both cities made a change this year from neighborhood polling stations to big centers, eliminating hundreds of voting locations. Plus Los Angeles County had brand new voting machines.March 4, 2020
