Priyanka Chopra loves to dress up, whether she’s headed to a red carpet event or just stepping out for a casual day out. If you don’t believe us, you only need to take a closer look at the outfits she wears to walk her much-adored chihuahua, Diana Chopra. The actor first met her favourite fur ball in 2017, during a shoot for Buzzfeed. “I’ve been waiting to get a puppy because my dog is a cocker spaniel, and he’s back home in Mumbai with my mom and I really, really miss him. But he’s really old, he can’t travel now,” she said at the time, just hours before she decided to bring Diana home. And ever since then, the two have been inseparable. From walking Diana on the streets of New York to taking her on set for her shoots, the actor is often spotted with her puppy—always in eye catching looks. Here, we take a closer look at her outfits.

Over the years, Priyanka Chopra has transformed the basic dog walking errand into a fashion moment for good measure. For a day full of shopping in Miami, the actor wore a floral cropped blouse and skort set by Los Angeles-based brand, Dakota Jinx, and chose a blue leash for Diana, so they matched. On another occasion, she stepped out in a printed pink and blue outfit, while Diana wore a pink leash. Chopra doesn’t shy away from sporting trends on her outings with Diana either. For instance, in September 2019, the actor elevated her two-piece denim suit with a pair of square-toed yellow mules, which came with clear heel detailing.

Scroll through Diana’s Instagram page (yes, her pooch has an account of her own, with a following of 148K followers), and you’ll notice that her wardrobe as inspiring as Chopra’s. Her accessories range from custom Tiffany collars to cozy, red, white and blue Moncler puffers. However, her most exciting accessory got to be the leather Goyard Voltigeur pet carrier, which was a gift from Mimi Cuttrell and is worth a whopping Rs 1,51,948. Diana also owns coats in a variety of colours, including lavender and baby pink.
