The 31-year-old from Sydney said she loves the $1,000 Joov Infraredi Max light, and sits beside it several mornings each week.
The LED light emits both near, far and mid-infrared lights and is scientifically proven to have powerful anti-ageing effects.
It also helps with fat loss, recovery from exercise, better sleep, strength and is even reported to help with certain auto-immune conditions.

'Occasionally - this might sound a bit bizarre, but it's not every morning - I will sit in front of a Joov light, which is an LED light therapy device,' Rachael told 9 Honey.
'I try and sit in front of it as often as possible,' I'll do it before I've got really full-on days with work.'
Posting on Facebook about her experience with the LED light Rachael explained why she is such a big fan.
'Light is a powerful source that can add so much goodness and strength to our mind and body,' she said.
'After putting both angels into bed, this was my 12-minute session before I jump into the clouds myself.
'Perfect nightcap. It sits on the back of my door so any spare time I get I stand in front of it.'

It has a five star rating online, where countless customers have said they have seen 'fantastic' results from the device.
'We purchased the Infraredi Max in December 2019 and have been using it every day since,' one reviewer posted.
'My wife suffers from arthritis in her knees and she has seen a good improvement with much less pain.'
Others added that the device has been a 'great product' for their 'entire family', while some said it has worked wonders on their acne-prone skin.
Elsewhere in her morning routine, Rachael is a fan of her morning collagen coffee - which includes black coffee with a scoop of collagen powder, medicinal mushrooms and maca powder blended.

Rachael (pictured) said she swears by eating things like breakfast smoothies in summer, followed by a 'macro bowl' for lunch and grilled fish and steamed vegetables for dinner
Speaking previously to FEMAIL, Rachael shared the daily diet and exercise regime she swears by for good health.
This season she has been enjoying a breakfast smoothie with avocado, almond milk, frozen banana, spinach, a scoop of Kissed Earth Replenish Protein in vanilla or chocolate and nut butter.
For lunch she has been putting together a 'macro bowl', which includes eggs, grilled broccoli, kale, brown rice, tomato slices and some avocado on the side.
Dinner is a family favourite of grilled dish and steamed vegetables with roasted baby chat potatoes, with an aim to balance the protein, carbohydrates and fats in her meals.
'We want to fill our bodies with the things it needs and I aim to communicate with Violet in a way she can understand and relate, and that will resonate,' she said of teaching her children the art of healthy living.

When it comes to exercise, the model mum said she works out in different ways over the course of the week to give herself the best chance of looking and feeling her best
When it comes to exercise, the model mum said she works out in different ways over the course of the week to give herself the best chance of looking and feeling her best.
'If I do strength training on a Monday, the following day I'll do a body move session - moving my body by engaging in a swim session, walking or dancing. I like to alternate pending on how I feel,' she said.
Her favourite time to exercise is in the morning for 30 to 60 minutes when she has the most energy, rather than at night when she has to 'rev up her adrenal system' and 'shoot her cortisol through the roof'.
'I don't want to spark up my nervous system when I am starting to wind down,' she said.
