A woman who suffered spinal and head injuries after rolling her car three times was found hanging limply out of the window of the mangled vehicle.
The mother, aged in her 40s, was driving along the Old Bruce Highway at Kybong, 158km north-west of Brisbane, on Monday at 6pm when she lost control of her car.
She was on her way to pick up her children at the time, the Courier Mail reported.

'The female driver lost control and left the left hand side of the road and came down the embankment and rolled a number of times,' a Queensland Police spokesman told Daily Mail Australia.
He said she was the only person in the Toyota Prado when the car rolled.
The woman was in a serious but stable condition when she was airlifted to Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.
She suffered serious injuries to her neck, arm and head - with emergency respondents fearing the woman may have a spinal injury.
Passing motorists rushed to help the woman until emergency services arrived.
The forensic crash unit continues to investigate.
