CHENNAI: The city police have arrested two men for the break-in at
US national Cary Stewart's home at Neelankarai on February 17. Investigators said quick thinking by
Stewart's wife Diana helped them crack the case.
A gang of four had rung the doorbell at the Stewarts' home and barged in when Cary opened the door. Diana, who was on the first floor sensed trouble and locked herself in a bedroom and dialled 100 to call police.
Police sirens were heard within minutes and the intruders panicked and fled leaving behind the two bikes they had arrived on.
