It comes after Mishel made their lack of intimacy a point of discussion at the third commitment ceremony on Sunday.
'I just thought we're not getting anywhere with this, so I asked Steve, "Why don't we just have sex? No kissing, just sex,"' she told the group.
Steve responded: 'People can laugh, but that didn't sit well with me. I understood where Mishel was coming from. But I'm 52 years old, I'm not 22.
'I don't want to just have sex with Mishel. If I'm going to have sex with Mishel, I'm going to make love with her. If that is wrong, that's where I'm at.'

Relationship expert John Aiken then shared his thoughts on the couple's non-existent sex life.
He explained: 'Let me jump in. You've got a big problem on your hands. Here in the experiment you've got to kick it out of first gear.
'Frankly, this hasn't gone anywhere since the wedding. We need to see you moving this forward, because we know where it's heading if you don't.'
Steve snapped back: 'If you want us to rush into being intimate, I'm not going to do it.'
