New Delhi: Singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh set the Twitter abuzz Sunday evening after he shared a Photoshopped image of himself with Ivanka Trump in front of the Taj Mahal in Agra.
“Me and Ivanka. Piche hee pey gaee kehndi Taj Mahal jana… Mai fer ley geya hor ki karda” (She was after my life to take her to Taj Mahal. So I took her, what else could I have done)?” Dosanjh posted on Twitter.

Ivanka was in India last week along with husband Jared Kushner, as part of the entourage of US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump who were on a two-day visit to the country. She had gone to Taj Mahal during the visit.

Ivanka, who is the senior adviser to Trump, replied to Dosanjh’s tweet, saying: “Thank you for taking me to the spectacular Taj Mahal… It was an experience I will never forget.”

The Udta Punjab actor got excited after Ivanka’s reply. “I tried explaining everybody that it’s not a Photoshop… Hun Karo Gal (now talk),” he wrote.

Not first time
This isn’t the first time that Dosanjh has made headlines for his interactions with international celebrities.
He has been very vocal about his “love“ for businesswoman and reality TV star Kylie Jenner, and he regularly comments on her photographs on Instagram and Twitter.
When Jenner had shared a picture with her then partner Tyga, Dosanjh had commented: “Fittey muh (a Punjabi slang to show disgust towards a situation)”.
