Joy Falotico, Ford Motor Co.'s chief marketing officer and president of the Lincoln luxury brand, will address attendees at the Automotive News World Congress on March 25 in a pivotal year for Ford.

The automaker is set to introduce several high-profile vehicles, including a redesigned F-150 pickup and new Bronco SUV.

    World Congress facts

    When: March 24-25
    Where: TCF Center
    Cost: $1,495
    Information: 313-446-0350 or autonews.com/worldcongress
    Exclusive lead sponsor: PwC

At Lincoln, Falotico's team aims to continue the brand's momentum, telling dealers it is targeting 20 percent retail sales growth this year on redesigned crossovers such as the Corsair and Aviator.

She previously was CEO of Ford Motor Credit Co., which she joined in 1989.

Also speaking at the Detroit event is McLaren CEO Mike Flewitt.

    Flewitt

A former Ford of Europe executive, Flewitt has been with the British exotic brand since 2012 and has been CEO since 2013. Under his direction, McLaren's product portfolio has grown quickly, as have global sales.

McLaren has stuck with what it knows best: supercars. Unlike some exotic and ultraluxury brands, McLaren has no SUV, nor does it plan to offer one. But change is coming: McLaren's first hybrid will be a plug-in supercar, expected this year on a new, dedicated platform.
