Left party MP Binoy Vishwam has given a notice in Rajya Sabha to discuss Delhi riots under Rule 267 today. Congress led Opposition is expected to rake up the Delhi violence issue in Parliament on Monday as the House opens for the second part of Budget Session. Congress leaders have been demanding the resignation of Home Minister Amit Shah and are likely to launch a protest in Parliament over the violence that has killed over 40 people in northeast Delhi.
