Charred body of factory guard found

Jhansi: Charred body of a guard was found inside a factory on Saturday morning under mysterious circumstances.
Family members of the victim staged a protest outside the factory claiming it to be a case of murder while the factory owner claimed it he died after a short-circuit triggered fire in the factory.
The incident took place inside Vinayak Transformers in Bijoli industrial estate falling under Prem Nagar police station where the body of Sundar Pal Singh (40) was found.
After the news broke, hundreds of villagers, along with the guard’s family members rushed to the factory and staged a demonstration demanding action against factory owner.
SP (city) Rahul Srivastav said the body had been sent for post-mortem and a forensic team had been roped in for further investigations.
